Terms & Conditions
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case to case basis.
Amendment Policy
- All Changes must be communicated in written.
- In order to prepone and postpone the tour, kindly contact us 25 days prior to the travel date.
- Decent Holidays do not charge for prepone and postpone once.
- 10% of total package cost will be charged for Postponing & preponing second time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 20 days of the travel date.
- Any changes in the tour package will depend on subject to availability
- The validity of “Postponing Packages” is 6months from the date of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
- * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
